All I have to say is "Play stupid games, win stupid prizes." Just because you are old enough to have a driver's license doesn't mean you deserve one. Our driver's test is too easy, any fool can get their DL and then get behind the wheel of a 3,000lb killing machine! It's easier than getting a gun in some states!
