i don't think there is anything we can do other than try to make as positive of example as we can. it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. there is no way to police a public range 24 hours a day 7 days a week. the people making the mess don't really care about the range anyway. they are breaking the rules already. i don't think they would care if the range closes or not. this is one of the reasons i do 99.9% of my shooting at my own home and not at a range. other than you never know when the yahoo shooting next to you might be a moron
