Bomb threat today in NoCo

What is up with the people from CA, and 45 passengers that "held" a bomb?Deputies then evacuated the 96 passengers on the buses as a precaution. According to Larimer County Sheriff’s Office spokesman John Schulz, there were 45 passengers on the bus that allegedly held a bomb.
It is only getting worse out there.

It is only getting worse out there.
Was listening on scanner from work. Passengers were off quickly, guy surrendered of sorts soon after. Pretty much seems to be case of crazy homeless dude. But due to nature of threat means all the excitement.
Maybe they meant 45 passengers passed around a bomber
