You're gonna have to build it yourself. Now, there are some people here who might HELP you to build it, but again - you're gonna have to build it YOURSELF..

If a person were to charge a fee for the build:
Depends on the receiver. If it is a flat then if he has somebody build it they must be an 07 Manufacturer and must serialize it.
If a complete, serialized receiver then anybody can build it.

I won't build an AK from a part set for a couple reasons:
1- I cannot charge a fee that is honest to my time and have it worthwhile to the owner.
2- I enter an entire new world of liability which I won't do.

Keep an eye on the AK Build Parties in the Windsor/Greeley area. I've heard that Rachel Ray of the AK has been known to help a newbie or two out. If you are lucky, he just might tell you which ComBloc country produced the little oil can that comes with your kit. He has a nose for that sort of thing.

Take it to Hickman in the Springs. Worth the drive (twice). Added bonus - there's a Dunkin Donuts near his shop.

if you want an awesome professional build and finish take it to iron curtain creations, they're boulder area or something like that. they just did a buddy of mine's aks-74u (krinkov) and it turned out awesome. as for having a local builder help you, sure we could help you but i doubt any of us will actually build it for you. and i am always willing to sniff an oil bottle but it might end up in my parts box hahahaha

You slippery bastage. Only the owner of said project can "build / assemble" it. The legality and liability hassle trumps the building of anything.
