    Default Burris setup

    Burris: P.E.P.R..QD
Burris: Timberline 4.5x14.. 5" Eye Relief!!
    Burris: Fastfire III 8 MOA

Mounted on my 6920 this weekend, test fired and I must say its a great setup. Fastfire is great for CQB and the scope is almost as clear as my XTR 624 was. So far seems to be a great package, and
surprisingly light. Was going to go the Burris 536 route, but this gives me the best of of both worlds all at a decent price.

Do you have the standard m4 front sight post? If so do you see it through the scope?

    Optics over ride the fsp.
Nice scopes, happy to see you finally decided on a set up to run.
Range time someday to sight in?

In my experience the front site post will create a small amount of distortion in the sight picture.

This can be greatly exaggerated when shooting in low light areas with backlight.

I have tried it several times and I can't stand it. Either no Front sight or a folding front sight in front of my optics.

On the original topic. i've found the PEPR QD to be a decent mount with repeatable zero from removal/ installation.

I cannot see the front sight post at any magnification value. Now,this scope is a 4.5x14..I have however known people who can see it with less magnification on their rifles. I really think it comes down to the ring height and magnification combo.
