If its not cycling I would say massive gas leak also.....did you just swap bolts??? Or bcg??

New rifle and bolt, rifle functioned properly with different bolt.

You can troubleshoot it by just changing the bolt, then changing the BC with the original bolt.

Or just take it to BP...

switched bcg, so have it narrowed down to that
