if she is doing her job and doing it well who cares. there is no way the streaming radio can suck up that much bandwidth with only 3 computers running. sounds like the ISP you have now is very slow no matter what.

While frustrating, it isn't her fault. She isn't jamming out to the music, she is being respectful with the noise and does her job. what more could you want?

If she pulls her own weight and gets the job done put your big girl panties on deal with it in a mature way. Or have someone come out and actually find out what is causing the slow down. Typical streaming is between 32 and 64k of bandwidth so unless you're using dialup the streaming is not the core issue.
