if she is doing her job and doing it well who cares. there is no way the streaming radio can suck up that much bandwidth with only 3 computers running. sounds like the ISP you have now is very slow no matter what.

While frustrating, it isn't her fault. She isn't jamming out to the music, she is being respectful with the noise and does her job. what more could you want?
