I would think that there are a few Police Officers tht are afraid to do their jobs. There are plenty of hanging juries out there looking for a cop's blood. Just look at the Border Patrol. It also sounds like a training issue. It's too bad because it is another blow to lawfully armed citizens. I don't know why they just don't outlaw cars, they are so dangerous.
