Wild Blue (premium blueberry lager 8%) and a margarita. Yes at the same time. Obviously.

Wild blue was good for one bottle, after that it was too much, not sure what it is, too sweet or something.

Shot of Tullamore dew and a couple beers from the Kona variety pack.

This is 100% correct. 8% of not, it might as well be Mike's Hard Lemonade.
I like to try new beer every time, but most times I go with what I know that I like. So now, I just have my wife buy beer, because she buys all kinds of stuff that I wouldn't even consider. This is actually the second time she's come home with Wild Blue though.

    Agree on the Mikes comparison.

I've really been branching out lately, IPA's have been tasting pretty good. If you haven't been to Parry's pizza in Northglenn (120th just east of 25), I highly recommend it. Four pages of craft and micro brews on tap, very decent pizza (not award winning but worth it), and a nice upper level outdoor patio that faces the mountains.

I don't like IPA's, BUT there are at least two in every 12-pack mixer I buy, so I don't mind them as much any more. I try as hard as possible not to buy liquor/alcohol anywhere but the liquor store, so there is zero draw to go to a restaurant for me. Thanks for the recommendation though.

Quick question for you guys about storing beer at room temp. My wife had the fantastic idea of saving a bottle of every pack I buy and then giving them all to my brother for his birthday as a huge mix pack. His birthday is in August and I imagine I'll have a pretty good sized collection by then. Can I just store them on the shelf in my house that is usually 70 degrees until then?

Enjoying some "liquid Aloha" from Kona brewing. I've really grown fond of their variety pack. I like to start with the Castaway IPA, then move to the Fire Rock pale ale, then the Longboard Island lager, and lastly the Big Wave golden ale. It's rare that I drink more than that, but if it's a special occasion, i'll just start over with the IPA. Good stuff.
