First thought was flat but it is growing on me. The fruit is growing. Not sweet but dry and fruity. A good amount of tannin. Reminds me of a Portuguese DAO wine.

Had a few Michelob Amberbocks left over from New Years, took a shot of Blanton's and then a sip of Amberbock shortly after, oh wow what a pair! I hate pairing such a good bourbon with a mediocre beer, but wow what great flavor.
a little Homebrew Chocolate covered cherries, Creme de Mint, a little more home brew, peppermint schnapps, a little more home brew, and now some sangria from a cardboard box..... tomorrow's going to suck.
