Tried a little pub that was suggested by a member last night. This is the Lumberjack from Westfax brewery. It looked like orange juice.

COFFE AND STOUT....mmmmmm
Was it good?
"There are no finger prints under water."
Oh yeah. Easy to drink coffee stout. Certainly coffee forward without being overpowering. Drink at room temperature or the make the alcohol too prominent.
Epic makes some awesome stouts in the Baptist series. This is not an imperial stout so it is easier drinking. The Big Bad Baptist or Baptist Series are whole different animals. They age very well.
Had these last night, both better than that chocolate one I posted. That was way too sweet. The apricot was sweet, but easier to drink.

Great Divide Hibernation for a cold snowy day.
English old ale...Awesomeness. Huge malt backbone and deep toasted flavor.

If ya get a chance to try the barrel aged Hibernation it is unreal.
