I was not expecting the the color, and it freaked me out, but I'll be damned, this beer is tasty. They (1912) are simply artists when it comes to fruit beers.

Double Two Hearted Ale is pretty great. Haven't had the regular one.

Ray you may like Hammer Chain or Double Hammer Chain from O'dells.

If you make your way back to Ft. Colins, Funkwerks is the damn Willie Wonka of Saisons and Fruited Sours. They allow their beertenders to to get creative at the taproom and blend their own creations as well. Great vibe there.

New Belgium does some real deal sours as well. La Follie an its variants are usually flawless ant hey to Kreik Styes VERY well. Transatlantic Kreik aged with Polish Sour Cherries is epic.

If I?m doing something from O?dells it?s usually a 90 Shilling. Guess maybe I should try some of their other offerings.

I've had a few Funkwerks offerings, good stuff. I haven't tried any of the NB stuff, maybe I should give it a shot.

Ray, I am guilty of the very same thing with the very same beer. It’s fine.

So I got the wife hooked on these White Claw Seltzer things ... gotta admit after mowing the lawn they're pretty darn good.
