Ha. Nice.
Don't let the flowers fool ya.
Ninkasi Tricerahops is an outstanding Double IPA.
Actually, most everything from them is great.

This thread makes me miss the Cheeky Monk. Not sure why they closed them all down but they had some good beers. I had to be careful drinking there because a lot of their stuff had a pretty high alcohol content so sometimes I couldn?t have as many as I thought and still be good to drive. I always drank different stuff but my wife enjoyed the Kasteel Rouge.
Their selections were awesome. Flights at a good taproom are a great way to branch out and try new things without a buying a six pack or bomber. Taprooms are one of the things I miss most during this shutdown.
Colorado has some great small breweries and taprooms and I sincerely hope that they survive. Even the larger breweries have some terrific offerings. Great Divide Barrel room and Epic’s taprooms in Denver Are awesome and offer some rare stuff on occasion. New Belgium in FOCO treats their traditional Belgian styles with the respect that they deserve. Saisson’s and fruitied ales at Funkwerks in FOCO are amazing and their beer tenders get creative with their own blends.
Taprooms abound. However , I have often found that breweries have more respect for the product and are more knowledgeable. I have encountered chipped and dirty glassware and some spoiled beer at taprooms. Higher end beer is often very perishable. Sanitation of taps and lines is critical for lighter styles and fruited styles where more sugars are present. Proper temps for the beer style is also critical.
Hope we can all get back to the experience of sharing good beer and good times soon!

You going to post a picture every time you crack one open or what?
Forum would need a bigger server!
Double tap when posting...still can't get the damn things to turn vertical when I post though.
