Grand Master Know It All
Bottled a little wine today
Today I got together with friends to bottle our 2016 Riesling. They grow and pick the grapes, then bring them to me to crush and de-stem the clusters. I have all the winery equipment and make the wine. When it's finished, aged, and all the sediments are racked off, then we get together to filter and bottle.
The 2016 crop was smaller but of good quality. I used different wine yeasts this time and we're happy with the results. It's tart and fruity as a Riesling should be. My share is 74 bottles which should keep us sippin' for a while.
