I suppose that could be an accountant with close ties to the manager at the local lending bank.

So after staying with the head cider maker at a local brewery down in Houston, I've been buying a lot of cider to check out what is out there. I really like the more dry ciders. So much that could probably switch to mostly cider. Anyway, this is the best I've had so far. Delicious!

The only cider I've liked was from France and came in green bottle. Can not think of the name. The local liquor store's distributor was discontinuing it when I found it. Didn't have the Bartles and Jaymes flavor.

Will be celebrating 12yrs married to my amazing wife tomorrow so thought I'd sip some 12yr scotch tonight! Decisions decisions but went with the Glenfiddich. The Macallan 18yr just tempts me every day though

Opie’s pic made me succumb to my own temptations... I’m sipping on a Glenmorangie Lasanta in one of my great grandfather’s etched scotch glasses. He was JPS#1, my son is JPS#5. He’ll inherit the glasses someday.

I told my wife that I was going to start writing beer reviews based soley on her facial expressions when I make her try them.

Had this a while and never tried it. Pretty doggone good. Another Buffalo Trace product. I seem to like all of their stuff.

That used to be a mid $20 bottle. Now it's considered premium.

    Another Buffalo Trace stable fan.

When the world wide run on Buffalo Trace happened last December I tried the Weller. Pretty good but I never did a head to head taste test with Buffalo Trace. Will have to try it again.

For a good six months Buffalo Trace was unobtainium, at least in in Boulder County stores, but I could always find it at Fischer's in Grand Junction. It's a staple in our stable. This reminds me that I probably should stock up before the Christmas rush.
