I've noticed this distillery/tasting room open near my house recently. Like the other businesses in Adams County, they got shut down right after opening. They are open again. The regular bourbon has a pretty smoky flavor profile that I like a lot.

Not a great picture, but the distillery is called Molly Brown. I met the owner and he basically built the entire distillery himself, from the stuff in the back to the decor in the tasting room. Pretty cool guy. The bar top is a main beam from a Gander Mountain up in Wyoming, and the backdrop of the bar and the booths are from the Briarwood in Golden after they closed down.
