Jeep probably has more weight in the back (oh wait, I can touch the back from the front if I lay down).
I had gone tire shopping and found some kevlar ones that a couple of the tire guys had on their Jeeps and swore by them. Said they would do everything but ice and nothing really helped on just plain ice but studs or chains.

Kevlar MTR's? There not bad on the ice either, IT"S ICE..... We did a frozen stream crossing and they did surprisingly well! Yes, your jeep is capable but you will find yourself venturing into harder and harder stuff, wanting to go on the "FUN" trails and you will eventually need the stuff i listed. So i say why procrastinate and "Just do it"! I grew up in Crawlorado and have been stuck many a time, needed a winch many a time. I am to old for that now so i go prepared for all Crawlorado has to offer...

Not counting the beer runs how long do you figure it would take to put a moderate lift on a 2007 X using air tools and a floor jack? I thought I was reading a moderate one is 3 1/2? Mines a TJ, not a JK. I originally got it so I didn't have to take my new mustang and park it at the grocery store for all those old ladys to ding up. But now that I have it I see a lot more potential than parking lots.

Ha, you're too old for that. I was in the USAF from 73 to 77 and you list USMC 90-94 so I'm just guessing here but I'm older. Its okay though, I still work out. And my kid's 20, not 10

The bike is a 2002 Fatboy. I get to ride it a lot more now. Used to have 14mi's of dirt to make it home. Now living in the Meadows. I can even make it home now if it rains while I was out.

I did mine solo- 3days, no directions and about 3 hours a day... I had no clue what i was doing! You can do a simple easy spacer lift or if you want something longer term do the other. I would say if you have a couple guys about 3-4 hours.... No beer until done, or maybe just one or two.....

Almost true. In red isn't needed for about 80% of the trails in Colorado but they do help

Correction; not needed as stated but if you wish not to power it out, break shit, twist shit up and crawl smoothly. They do help! A LOT.....

When you bringing that BEAST out? Notice the winch....... Bet she has lockers too!

P.S- i didn't quote that ugly Toy.... ha
