    Good!

I hope the MSLF is successful. I used to think the CO DMV was pretty decent. I had no problem paying yearly registration. The last few years that view has made a 180˚ turn. Bridge taxes, late fees, fees, fees...has become ridiculous.

Now, when are they going to remove the "research" tax on fishing licenses?

It would be reimbursement and interest on it. Take the number of registrations you have had each year with the bridge fee, multiply by number of years, multiply by $40. Add some interest. Not sure what the interest rate is, but probably low.

Assuming the "tax" went into effect in 2010 at $40 per vehicle, I figure I've got $320 coming my way. You are right....that does buy a decent amount of ammo!

Interesting but it will also set legal precedence.

By not having a choice to use or not use and applying the "fee" to everyone it becomes by definition a tax.

This ought to screw Colorado Springs City Govnmt and the Rain Water Run Off Tax... seems like all the residents of Colorado Springs will be due 2 refunds.
I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.

Sweet! I just got my renewal notice in the mail for June. So do I pay the extra $40 now and then possibly get it back in a few years? BS!

The fee for registration and renewal is gotten ridiculous.
