While I don't care much for X-Servers and the performance of OS X Server (mostly due to it's overly layered architecture), I do think the Mac is a superior desktop platform compared to Windoze - both architecturally and from a human factors perspective. Micro$oft would seem to agree by their actions (as opposed to their rhetoric). While I love Macs and a lot of what Apple does, I despise Jobs and his politics. I think Alan might just have an opinion on Apple as well
