Indeed ... would love to see some enterprising young conservative congress critter author a repeal of the GCA and NFA every session.

Wouldn't get anywhere but it would waste just a little bit of the anti-gun critters' time.

They need to put that GCA/NFA repeal as a rider in the next debt-ceiling raise bill (are they going to need another one before november elections?)

+2. And maybe a law to prevent a reinstatement in any form without a 99% yea vote in both house and senate. Something like you say gun or firearm or any variation and want to restrict or regulate its use needs a 99% approval. That would be a new second amendment for the next 2 hundred years.
