LOL, I almost died laughing...but yes, I saw it numerous times. This to me isn't an issue of women in the military, to me it's an issue of how poor our discipline has gotten in the military and the leaders that have allowed it to get to this point.

Well they are in a kind of "hands tied" situation. I remember clearly after we returned from deployment our CSM came out and said "Females, now is the time to get pregnant. We are guaranteed 12 months at home so have all the babies you want within the next 10 months, but after that it's game time and we gotta gear up to go back! I can't NJP anyone for getting pregnant 3 months before we deploy, but you're letting your peers down by trying to skip a deployment because of a pregnancy. Remember why we fight."

On board, the ships company with Air Det was aorund 375. 60 were enlisted and about 4-5 officer that were females.
The higher ups didnt care if it was enlisted with enlisted, but when a few officers females and male enlisted, a sh*tstorm hit and hit hard.
When it was male officers and female enlisted, it wasnt as bad of a sh*tstorm for some reason.

I saw a guy get out of a part of a deployment, but he broke his leg when a pallet
on an UNREP off the coast of NC slammed into his leg. Only guy I saw get out of
a deployment. Lost quiet a few females to preggers. Lost one chick in my division because of that. She was
ugly as a three legged snake, but knew here shit and kept what she learned in school
and applied it to the ship.
