Also it doesn't apply to "diet" drinks so you can pour all the chemicals you want into your gullet but if it's over the calorie count and has suger it's banned. the ban wouldnt apply to grocery stores, convenience stores, dairy products like shakes, and i think a few other cases.

basically u cant get big drinks at restaurants.. but then u can refill it.. so that solved a lot. i just picture soda lovers carrying 2 liter bottles with them everywhere to protest this idiocy
