    Your question wasn't directed at me but, YES.

    I work in human services, mainly dually diagnosed developmental disabilities and mental health diagnosis. I have seen a lot of crazy shite, can't go into details due to confidentiality.

    A drug or engineered virus to tap those hidden savage functions, YES.
