    I moved here to go to school from out of state because I could get more transfer credits from my associates degree than any other school that was around me. Luckily in Colorado the time requirement is waived for vets to get in state tuition. While this mandate wouldn't help me personally, I think that it is a good thing for other vets that might be in the same circumstance that I was.
