    Default Huldra arms 5.45x39

Well I figured I would post my build. So finally got my upper from Huldra arms 5.45 upper in. It is the same as it is made by adam arms but with a much lower price tag. The upper seems very well built. The lower is a new frontier armory LW complete lower. Currently installed is a Magpul MOE forend with 7 rail and a Rail Sling attachment from magpul. And sports a GG&G foregrip. It weighs in only 6.27 pounds for a Piston upper ar. Things to come are MBUS sights, CTR mill spec stock, troy battle sling, maybe the larue tactical risr and pod depending on the optic I go with. And I am going to try the window pmag mod to see if it will actually work. And maybe a light. Mostly just gong to try and stock up on as much ammo as I can right now. Here are some pictures.

    And all cozy in bed

From my experience with the LW15 and 5.45 milsurp ammo, you'll need to swap in the extra-power hammer spring to get reliable ignition out of the the LW15 polymer FCG.

I've had about 20 light strikes (fired on recock and second strike) out of about 1500 rounds of 5.45 I've put through my M&P15 5.45 upper on an LW15 lower with stock FCG.

I hope to get it out this weekend. It came with a stronger wolf spring to replace the stock one. Great price and cheap ammo! Will post as it gets more parts and get to shooting

let us know how she runs. I have been thinking about one of these. Have you found any place to buy cheap ammo?

Sg or buds seem to be the cheapest place after shipping. 315 to 319 for the sealed case. 2160rds

So stopped at the grasslands on my way back from cheyenne today. It was windy but below are my groups. They were fired from one knee in the wind with a brand new aimpoint m4 that I was trying to sight in. This first pic was 30 rounds playing with the adjustments. The second was my second 30 aiming to the 12o clock of the center. I kind of gave up being it was from the knee in the wind but not to bad. Shots were taken from 50 yards out. Not one problem.
