I'm assuming it's for possession of the cans with out NFA registration/docs/stamp and the, oh so well informed, Denver post just said unregistered firearm, or that's the "common name" for the charge in reference to an NFA item that's not properly documented.Lee pleaded guilty in April to possessing an unregistered firearm.
