Sounds like they don't like "assault dogs" that have "high cap mouths of teeth"

Just do it for the children.

i told them to get fuc*ked, moved out, had my attorney send them a letter stating that i was going to sue for moving costs, deposit on my new town home (which is awesome BTW, 2,000 sq feet + 1 car garage, its only a year old), pain and suffering and all that jazz.

i called them shortly after i moved just to say fu*k you again, and make sure they were aware of the fact i moved, the moron on the phone said "you cant move without paying the move out fee, we'll sue, it will go on your credit....". i then mentioned the letter from my attorney, she in turn hung up on me, and i have not heard anything more about it in 2.5 months

so i got a much better place that is less than a mile from my work for a very small increase in monthly cost, i still have my dog, and i didn't get sued, i am very pleased with the outcome.

Keep a close eye on your credit and even have your renter info checked. They can put bad marks on it. Brother in law had an apartment do it to him, even claimed that he owed them for damaged carpets.

will do, i am currently renting this place and the owner is a pretty cool guy. he ran my credit when i moved in, he was actually surprised that i wasn't buying at that time. then put me in touch with his accountant to help fix a couple minor things on my credit report so i can buy a home when my lease is up.

ETA: i just remembered that i never did get back my pet deposit, oh well, im just glad to be out of there.

Right on man, glad to hear you came out (more or less) ahead and those jerks got squat from you.

Dogs rule, and all breed-specific policies and legislation are misguided BS.

Glad it worked out. Here's my 11 1/2 year old Husky in one of last winter's snowstorms. He wouldn't even bark at an intruder.
