How do you cut and paste a picture here Thanks step by step please

1 go to photobucket.com and sign up
2 save picture to your pc
3 in photobucket, click browse and find the pic on your pc
4 upload into photobucket
5 copy the IMG link listed next to the pic in photobucket and paste into your post message
6 Walla! Pic is on the net.
