    Default First AR Build

    This started two years ago when I bought a 5.56 upper to put on my .204 lower. Gradually I got a hankering to get a dedicated lower and ended up at this.



    Specs:
    Surplus Ammo & Arms Lower
    CMMG LPK
    Ace Skeleton Stock
    Troy Alpha Rail
    DPMS Sportical Flattop Upper
    DPMS 1-9 16' bull barrel
    DPMS BCG
    Magpul Enhanced MOE Grip
    MBUS backup sights
    Primary Arms Red Dot

    Learned a lot about Duracoat in the process surfacing the stock and PA mount. I highly reccomend skipping the rattle can of duracoat and dropping $25 on the airbrush kit; much better coverage, infinitely more control, no wasted product, makes you pay attention to detail.
