My point exactly. The cross bow isn't the stealth weapon most think they are. They are actually pretty loud, and will draw attention at night.

I heard that coyote robbed a bank in Aurora earlier this week. Perhaps an anonymous tip to Aurora PD with the intersection that you see him in will help you out. Don't be home when you call though.

Still considered in some town / cities as discharging a firearm.

And someone's dog gets out of the yard and eats it and you end up on 9 News as the psycho dog killer ... probably get charged with felony animal cruelty.

Call DOW first, if they do nothing call Animal Control and report a rabid yote.

Set out some Alpo or hamburger mixed with antifreeze and maybe some other poisons. It's a marauding coyote, who cares if it "suffers" a little? Just make sure it's where a pet can't get it. A blowgun might work, if you have something effective to dip the dart in. Perhaps even a bow and arrow?

Beware of firing a gun in city limits..... in this day and age, who knows what cities and PD's have those gunshot locator systems that can triangulate and pinpoint where shots are fired to within a few feet? Then you'll get a visit.

I've always wanted a suppressed bolt rifle, sure would come in handy at times......gives me wood just thinking about it!
