    Yeah WOW. Exactly 57 years ago today (June 9, 1955), I joined the U.S. Army for a three year enlistment. Joined to be a Small Arms Repairman (MOS 421.10 back in those ancient days) NO, I didn't specialize in the repair of muzzle loaders/flint locks etc)
    My-O-My how the time does fly.

    Preposterous how could anyone think you worked on flint locks. I'm sure they were using cap locks by the time you enlisted.

    Well, believe it or not, I have really NOT forgotten very much and don't feel that my memory really has started to slip just YET!
    I do remember a LOT of stuff but it is probably considered mostly insignificant garbage (like most of my posts).
