I think women store it away and fantasize about it later, we enact the entire fantasy in our mind right there and then so we don't realize that we are staring right at her. Although when they are under about 30 I look, quickly admire and look away because I always think about how creeped out these young girls would be to have an "old dude" staring at them - reminds me of that Ke$ha song Dinosaur (middle aged isn't dead, I still listen to new stuff )
