    That is excellent and no charges should be filed. The tax dollars that would have been used on the guy are saved and can be used for therapy for the daughter.

    IF the father gets charged, you know there are pos District Attorneys out there, in the heat of the moment like that would temporary insanity be a plausible defense? (for the father)
