    My prayers go out to the father and his daughter. Any father in that situation would have done the same thing; most father's would have buried that dude out on the land somewhere and never called the cops.

    Just not right that anyone wished to pursue the case at all. Imagine having to explain all that took place to your daughter, the fear of a possible sentence for your actions, the cost of lawyer fee's..........somethings just need to be cut and dried. Defense of children is one of them.

    I think anymore a DA is almost forced to send that shit up or face the accusations of being corrupt as in the Zimmerman case.
    Had that DA sent it up and the GJ Kicked it out, it would have never made news
