This DAD deserves the highest honor possible for a civilian. i applaude him for taking action before it went any further. i dont get how there could be people that would say he should not have killed the guy.
All the laws/rules go out the window when our young are in danger. You do what is necessary to protect them and prevent it from happening to anyone else. Even if it means taking a life to ensure that the sick F*** that harms children does not do it again!

Hopefully the father will not be charged.
Happened in Texas. His biggest problem will be turning down all the free drinks coming his way.

    quoted from fox news:

James Harrington, director of the Texas Civil Rights Project, an Austin-based nonprofit group, questioned the father’s decision to “summarily execute” the alleged molester without due process.
“Assuming it’s true that this guy was molesting the daughter, and we don’t know what exactly happened at this point, he would then have the right to defend [her], and hit him enough to have him stop,” Harrington told FoxNews.com. “But you cannot summarily execute him, even though I can understand the anger he would have.”
Without specific knowledge of the case, Harrington said he was “surprised” that the girl’s father had not been already charged.
Harrington continued: “The question is: When does it move beyond self-defense?”

Great, sounds like the child molester was possibly from Mexico. How long until the good Rev Jesse Jackson gets involved?

    Where's the hate crime emoticon?

Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.

This turd of a human being either A, has no children of his own and could not begin to comprehend what you can and will do on your childs behalf.
Or B, is frankly not fit to be a parent IMO.

Jackson won't say a peep about this, since he only gets involved when a black is the "victim". Well, if the bad guy was a "white hispanic" like George Zimmerman, the media will be silent since white hispanics deserve to die.

Good job Dad, and prayers for the daughter.
