Hope the grand jury tosses it out.
I hope the charges don't stick. If they do, then what does that say about this broken "justice" system, regarding protecting our own family. I'd do the same if it was my own daughter.

Sending it on to the Grand Jury is common place even in what we'd all call a "clean shoot" (or in this case a "clean beat down").
I bet the Grand Jury "No Bills" him and that's the end of it (although in this day and age nothing surprises me anymore). And if that's the case that would be better than not being charged at all because charges would always be hanging above his head. I believe that once the Grand Jury makes their decision it would be "double jeopardy" to charge him again but if charges are never filed they could always be filed sometime down the road.
