My thought as well and before they went capitalistic I am fairly sure they were a dictatorship with one of the little "hello my name is" stickers on their shirt that say "hi I am communist".
damn that's an awesome title!
I'm pretty sure they're still commies, their government has just set up Specail Economic Zones where they allow economic policies to be more free-market oriented.
