Just my opinion, but you probably ought to go easy on it after the baby has turned and loaded into launch position. This is different for every pregnancy, but it makes the visual image a little easier for me.

After birth, definitely need to give that region a little break. She will let you know when she is ready.

One way labor can sometimes be started is through sex. the sperm causes the natural pitocin production to ramp up, and can start contractions. in case you ever had a wife, who would not start labor naturally.
