No. As long as i can remember (2-3weeks) Serving in the .mil granted you citizenship upon completion of service and Honorable Discharge. I served with a moderate of non-citizens in the 70's who's goal it was to become citizens after service.

And even I am ok with this: if you are potentially putting your life on the line for rthis country you deserve a chance.

True conservatism is dead when it comes to politicians... Look at AZ, they demand to be allowed to enforce Federal Immigration law that the Feds aren't and they get slapped for it. Oh and let's not mention that they're all going to be about as useful as a single sheet of 1-ply TP after you have a bout of Montezuma's Revenge when it comes to this Eric Holder issue too... We really need a shake up of the system and have people with a fvcking spine in congress who will actually stand and fight for the conservative ideals and throw this JOTUS to the wolves for his blatant acts of un-American powerplays.

ETA: Someone needs to hand Obama a dictionary turned to the L section and highlight the word "Illegal" so he can understand that if you're not here legally you are BREAKING THE LAW.
