I have an iPhone and my bro has a droid. Not much overall difference in performance. iPhone tends to have a bit longer battery life, droid seems to operate a tiny bit faster. Can't really go wrong

Do some searches on jail breaking iPhones or look at the vids on YouTube.....
It's still not the same. The Android is still capable of lots of things even a jailbroken iPhone can't do.

Why do we have several Android v iPhone threads going right now? Can we merge all of these or something?

Verizon is $80 a month for unlimited talk and text and 1 GB of data. That's basically more than I pay for my post paid service with unlimited data.

Are you talking about the new Evo LTE? I hate the names because the previous one was the HTC Evo 4G which I felt was a stupid name... amazing phone. The new one is called an HTC Evo 4G LTE which is even worse because it adds redundancy to obviousness but it's an even better phone. That's what I'm currently using and it's a friggin stallion.

i have droid Galaxy 4 and a Mac Book Pro. I can not get the Mac to recognize my 4. I have a bunch of videos and pics I want to transfer to the Mac but can not. I have downloaded the Android converter but it has not worked for me. Has any run into and overcome, this issue?

Your Mac should have an app called “image capture” try using that to retrieve your photos.

I don't know anything about Mac's, but your phone is 5 years old, which is nearing antiquated status in the smartphone world, and could have something to do with the lack of communication between the two devices.
