    My wife got me a nice, simple smoker to see if all my talk about smoking meat is just that, talk. I'm excited to give it a go this coming weekend.

    It's a Brinkmann Smoke 'N Grill. I've read up on some of the basic modifications that most complete to get it running better. I'll cure it Friday night and then get a small brisket to do on Saturday.
