Default Insane Driver car jump I witnessed - Lakewood Belmar

Family and I went to Men in Black 3. Left the theater a few minutes ago, entered parking garage south/east of theater. Major tire squealing coming from in the garage, RED audi A4 or so comes down the ramp, nearly slams another car in the exit lane, the audi exits the entrance, meanwhile banging curbs.

I send the family to the car and walk towards the exits of the garage, audi went back around towards theater parking south side, came back east, turned north at the same street/exit area where he slammed the curbs, Lakewood PD in pursuit north. Within moments the audi is coming back west on the south side of the condos on the east of belmar - extreme rate of speed - crosses again on the same street westbound at such speed the audi is airborne about 6 off the ground, sparks flying like a bottle rocket... just like you'd see in the movies. Perfect landing too.

Car lands many feet down the roadway in ball of smoke, slides to a stop behind the theaters. Driver bails heads southbound, LPD shortly behind. I run the best I can up towards the car to witness anything I can as LPD slides to a stop. This driver was extremely insane and I felt the need to be a witness of anything, driver, direction etc. He needs to be put away for driving like this in a public place like Belmar...

Audi is trashed, smoking and knocking badly, oil pan is toast, oil slick from landing point to stop ~ 100's of feet.

I just cannot believe this person drove like this and seeing that audi flying through the air was just amazing.

I'll see about photos tomorrow. LPD didn't need any witness stuff, apparently they had seen enough on their own. Cameras in the garage etc.

A lot of late model red Audis have been stolen lately. Did you say it was 6 feet off the ground? Wow.

it seemed six feet off the ground, but in reality it probably wasn't. I'll check skid marks tomorrow, but dang that thing was flying.

Driving like that $20 says it was stolen.

Hope they caught that POS, and the insurance took care of the owner.

Thankful they didn't hurt anyone in the process.

On Friday, my wife and daughter almost got hit by a car doing something like 50 mph in a Walmart parking lot. My wife addressed the occupants, two white trash bitches from her description, about speeding through the parking lot. The lady responded with, "BITCH! My power steering is out! Y'all okay, nothing happened to you, you better get out of here!"

I might have dragged her out of the car and knocked her out if I were there.

Some dumb MF in a lifted F150 tried to run me into the center divider this evening on I70 eastbound. Then started to screw around like he wanted to come back for me.

Fortunately for him, he changed his mind and lit out just before I started putting .45 caliber holes in his tail for future reference.

LPD didn't catch anyone that I know of, the pursuing officer never gave chase on foot or anything. I tried, but just can't do things like before brain surgery. Several others I asked pointed the direction of the driver but there was enough time that I and PD couldn't do much about it. I'm sure he was hiding nearby. I went ahead and left, but maybe they called for a K9 to track?

I'll head over in a bit to see about a Take off and Landing markings, we'll see how far it did travel off the ground.
