windex with ammonia is what was recommened to me and seems to work well.

cleaning up corrosive ammo is a multistep process..

remove the corrosive material,
then remove the material you just used for the corrosives.


example: use windex to remove the salts, then use your regular cleaning agents to remove the windex and it's residue.
