    Anybody else not receiving them today? They aren't in my junk box or anything, just not showing up.

    I have not received PM notifications since the crash - I'm not sure it is due to my own incompetence or not as I have not bothered to check...

    Neither one of you have notifications turned on. You need to go to your User CP and turn on email and pop up notifications.
