I'm sorry but when you walk into the showers and find a grown man buggering a little boy the correct response for a MAN isn't to run to your daddy and ask him how to handle the situation without harming your career ... no sir, the CORRECT response for a MAN when he finds another man bending a child over and raping him is to grab the nearest metal folding chair and start BEATING the rapist with it. And you don't stop until you either collapse from exhaustion, the police show up and tell you you can stop now, or the rapist is no longer recognizable as anything more than a rapidly cooling puddle of goo (or if you're in a free state you pull a quick Mozambique drill and take the kid to the hospital).

i thought that he did not witness the act. he walked in (assumingly after the act) and testified that in his opinion that he just did the act. so i dont think it is as black and white as he saw it and shrugged it off for a few years.

but if he actually did witness anything he shoulda pounded that old creepy man

Allegedly he did report it to Paterno. Now whether Joe advised anybody is unknown and with Paterno's passing, we will never know.
