^^^This, especially in that area. I grew up roughly 100 miles west of there. The 90% of the population that is caucasian also by a majority in that area vote Dem, it's old school union area and vote Dem because they always have. This kind of stuff will start to grate on them and they are going to run voters either out of the booth or to the booth for Republicans or independents.

In the 1950's and 1960's the term had meaning. Overuse and misuse have rendered the term another worthless name calling device which does little to further productive dialogue between Americans.

Who in the USA can or wants to claim "pure racial" heritage? Even for the few fringe groups who tout their ethnic and cultural purity, they would have an almost impossible task in proving their "purity" in any genetics laboratory.
