    I don't see why arson would be called a terrorist act or why it would allow insurance companies to absolve their responsibilities...

    Most insurance policies don't cover damage done by "act wars and insurrection" ... terrorism is sometimes considered an act of war.

    Yep, in fact, 9/11/01, the insurance companies could have bailed on all of the claims, and if memory serves me, they even talked of it. I believe the feds stepped in, and encouraged them to cover the claims anyways, as the financial impact to all of us would have been immense.

    i'm always in atlanta! i'm based there but never spend more than an hour or two at a time between flights. if i get stuck or something ill give you a call. it will happen sooner or later!

    My guess is that's BS, if my house just burnt down, and the fire was still raging, the last thing on my mind would be calling ADT.

    Looks like El Paso Sheriff's office is taking ABC News to task over twisting a statement, that this was terrorism.
