    Seriously, WTF!?! Fists can kill like anything else. Does an accident give you the right to be a total pos? F$%^ing people!

    I didn't see anything about if they had the guy in custody or not but being on video and witnesses I sure hope they got him. He needs to pay for his actions, let your anger out of control and you can still kill someone with your fists. People just don't seem to get you don't have the right to lay your hands on others even in situations you may want to. Few exceptions obviously.

    That's a sad story. They do have the guy in custody.

    It was an accident. Your car is something that can be fixed/replaced. No reason to punch the guy.

    Thirty year old Joey Scott was arrested later that day, in his apartment, after a two hour negotiation with police. He has a court hearing on Monday and is being held on $250,000 bail. The charges may be upgraded to murder now that the bus driver has died.

    All because of a car door mirror. Very sad.

    If everyone got what they truly deserved, there would be a lot of vacant places

    No Death Penalty in NY. Maybe they can make Scott a permanent bus monitor in Greece, NY. He could be hog tied and left in the back of the bus with a bunch of select 7th grade boys. Just an idea.

    It wasn't just an accident. Based on the article, the car hit was double parked so the motorist that is charged was in the wrong to begin with.

    Not true at all. You are at fault if you run into a stationary object, no matter where it is parked.
