I'm certain I read that as fact in a New England Journal of Medicine database or maybe an AMA Journal back in the 70's **. Micro-dot or Orange Sunshine from that era maybe but...nope...weed will not produce a "violent oral face fetish" in anyone. I'd hazzard a guess this individual is simply an INSANE FUCKED-IN-THE-SKULL PHSYCHOTIC HUMAN DEFECT and no other explanation or rationalization is necessary.
